1. Using Tidoo

Tidoo is a free task management application for Android devices. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. By using the App, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Use the App to store, transmit, or process malicious code or harmful content
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without written permission
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its performance

2. Intellectual property

The Tidoo name, logo, app design, visual identity, and all related content and materials are owned by the Tidoo development team and are protected by applicable intellectual property, trademark, and copyright laws.

You may not use the Tidoo name, logo, or any of our branding materials without prior written permission from us. This includes use in promotional materials, other apps, websites, or social media.

3. Your content

Your tasks, notes, and lists belong entirely to you. Since task data is stored locally on your device, we do not claim any ownership, license, or rights over the content you create in Tidoo.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or any other cause.

4. Free service & future pricing

Tidoo's core features are currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features or a paid subscription tier in the future. If we do, the core task management functionality will remain free.

We will provide reasonable notice within the app before introducing any paid features.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Tidoo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Bugs or defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe
• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Data stored in the App will not be lost due to device issues

Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tidoo and its developers, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in the App
• Data loss resulting from device failure, uninstallation, or any other cause
• Any unauthorized access to your device data

7. Updates & changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at tidoo.app/terms.

Continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App for any user who violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in Maharashtra, India.
